The beginning is all about where you are now. You will start by completing a 3-day food record & workbook providing me with an overview of your current nutrition habits & behaviours
Set the Foundation
We will meet to go through these things together and begin to identify areas of improvements. Based on your feedback, I will create a plan that is tailored specifically to you.
Build with Education
It is important to have a level of understanding about what you are eating. The supplementary education videos are used as a tool to help you make informed decisions about food independently.
Supporting Independence
Weekly check-ins occur so we can review your progress and work through any issues that may arise.
