No matter what your dietary goals are, there are foundational pillars that are crucial to supporting a healthy lifestyle. Before beginning the program, it is helpful to have an understanding of these core values to better prioritize your habits.

Integration of Habits

Once you've reviewed the challenge guide, it is time to begin to progressively implement these pillars into your day. Once you've integrated one goal into your routine, it's time to move onto the next task.

Building a Commmunity

Consult with the Fuelled By Food community to ask questions, share recipes, and discuss experiences. Studies suggest social supports can have a positive impact on changing behaviours.

Professional Support

I will follow you throughout this journey. Each client can request one 15 minute one-on-one consult to work through any barriers that may be impeding success.
